Responsibilities

Requirements Profile

• Execution and support of user tests
• Collection, documentation, and tracking of findings
• Support of the hypercare phase
• Analysis and resolution of process and system problems
• Interface between business and IT
• Coordination with business departments and end-users
• Support in the implementation of requirements
• Identification of optimization potential in end-to-end processes
• Support of the team with operational questions
• Promotion of user acceptance and technical support of the team

Requirements

• Experience as SAP Key User in the S/4HANA environment
• Understanding of the S/4HANA process world
• Supply chain background
• Experience in the interface environment
• Very operational way of working
• End-to-end business process understanding
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Fluent German and English
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders
