As part of an S/4HANA transformation project, the Key User will conduct user tests, document findings, support the hypercare phase, and act as an interface between business and IT.

As part of an S/4HANA transformation project, the Key User will perform the following tasks:
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Conduct and support user tests
- Record, document, and track findings
- Support the hypercare phase after go-live
- Analyze and resolve process and system problems
- Act as an interface between business and IT
- Coordinate with business units and end-users
- Support the implementation of business requirements
- Identify potential improvements in end-to-end processes
- Support the team with operational questions
- Promote user acceptance and provide functional support to the team
- Practical experience as an SAP Key User in an S/4HANA environment
- Understanding of the S/4HANA process landscape
- Background in Supply Chain
- Experience at the interface between business and IT
- Strongly operational working style
- End-to-end process understanding in the business environment
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Fluent German and English skills
- Practical experience in coordinating with stakeholders from the business
- Advantageous: Background in the pharmaceutical industry
- Advantageous: Process background
- Advantageous: Experience with Kinaxis
