Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Responsible for processing complex general ledger and main ledger topics
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and/or IFRS
- Analyze and clarify demanding accounting and bookkeeping issues
- Perform and reconcile balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Ensure data quality and transparency in accounting
- Support year-end audits and act as a contact person for auditors
- Participate in daily operations with independent responsibility
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on General Ledger
- Solid knowledge in processing demanding accounting and bookkeeping issues
- Experience with financial statements in an international context, especially with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Comprehensive knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS
- Very good SAP knowledge and high ERP affinity
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and practice-oriented way of working
