Lead an IT team focused on SAP retail sales processes, providing technical sparring and coaching during a transformation to S/4 HANA.
Project overview
Interim Team Lead SAP Retail [SD, MM] | Freelance | Start: 01/15/2027 | 4-5 days / week | Hybrid | Duration: 3 months (+)
Responsibilities
- Manage an IT team with various SAP specializations in the area of sales processes for brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce
- Provide technical sparring for three product teams focusing on sales processes (e.g., master data, pricing, and customer master data)
- Change management during the transformation to interdisciplinary working methods and the switch to S/4 HANA
- Coach and positively support the team through various stages of development
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience and change management competence
- Several years of experience as an SAP consultant, ideally with a focus on SD and MM
- Sound knowledge of SAP master data management and sales processes
- Experience in agile working methods and methodical project work
- Hands-on mentality with an understanding of technical sparring
- Strong coaching skills and a solution-oriented approach
