Interim Team Leader HR and Change Manager

Project overview

As an interim team leader and change manager, you will guide the further development of the HR team.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Advising on the new organizational structure and management of the HR department
• Leading the HR advisors, HR employees, recruitment colleagues, process advisor, and functional administrator
• Bearing responsibility for personnel care, team development, prioritization, capacity, quality, and results
• Strengthening the coherence between policy development, senior HR advice, and the other HR disciplines
• Reinforcing the connection between HR and management
• Further organizing and clarifying roles, responsibilities, mandates, and decision-making
• Promoting behavior, collaboration, results orientation, and accountability, without limiting professional space
• Connecting policy, processes, systems, capacity, and execution
• Conducting tactical management of AFAS and contributing to the standardization of work processes
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a manager within the HR domain
• Experience in leading HR professionals
• Experience with interim or change assignments focused on HR transformation, team development, and/or organizational development
• Experience in advising management and/or executive board at a strategic and tactical level
• Willingness to work on the required working days at the location in Haarlem
