An international real estate company is seeking an experienced Interim Technical Property Manager for commercial properties in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich. The role involves managing the technical operations, maintenance, and modernization projects of these properties.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the technical operation of demanding commercial properties
- Ensuring compliance with legal and technical operator obligations
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring maintenance, modernization, and conversion projects
- Coordination and control of external service providers, specialist planners, and subcontractors
- Conducting technical property inspections and condition assessments
- Budget planning and cost control for technical measures
- Support with ESG, energy efficiency, and sustainability topics
- Creation of technical reports and coordination with owners and asset managers

- Completed degree or training in civil engineering, building services engineering, facility management, architecture, or comparable
- Several years of experience in the technical property management of commercial real estate
- Knowledge in the areas of building services, operator responsibility, and maintenance management
- Experience in managing service providers and construction projects
- Confident demeanor and structured, independent way of working
- Very good German language skills
- Exciting mandate with an established real estate company
