- Control of test and quality assurance activities on the customer side
- Planning and coordination of SIT, UAT, and End-to-End tests
- Coordination with business departments, IT, and external project partners
- Defect Management, Test Reporting, and Go-Live Readiness
- Establishment and further development of structured test governance
- Several years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager
- Experience in Workday implementations
- Experience in HCM/HR transformation projects
- Sound knowledge of UAT, SIT, E2E Testing, and Defect Management
- Fluent German and English skills
