Project overview

For a manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced interim warehouse manager for the operational management and further development of the warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

Management of daily business from goods receipt through storage and picking to dispatch preparation

Leadership and deployment planning of warehouse staff

Ensuring correct inventory levels and traceable goods movements

Optimization of storage areas, material flows, and work processes

Analysis and resolution of inventory and process deviations

Coordination with purchasing, production, and shipping

Ensuring occupational safety and quality specifications

Introduction and/or further development of relevant warehouse KPIs

Requirements

Several years of management experience in the warehouse of a manufacturing company

Sound knowledge of warehouse organization, inventory management, and stocktaking

Proficient in handling ERP and warehouse management systems

Strong hands-on mentality and presence in daily operations

Structured way of working as well as clear and binding staff leadership

Experience with technical textiles is an advantage
