• Taking on a moderating role within interdisciplinary project teams

• Collaboration and coordination of various construction expertises and specialist areas

• Active participation in project teams, not exclusively at a desk
• Support of a partnership-based project execution or collaboration within the project alliance
• Support of projects, especially in the context of civil engineering / building administration and waterways

• Experience with Integrated Project Execution (IPA) or partnership-based project execution
• Experience in moderating project teams
• Experience in dealing with group dynamics and different specialist disciplines
• Strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary teamwork
• Technical expertise in a construction topic / construction sector
• Experience in active collaboration with project teams, not exclusively in a classic desk/planning role
• Ideally, experience in civil engineering or construction/infrastructure projects
