- Strong experience developing IT technical and solution architectures
- Experience producing enterprise/solution architecture documentation
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and end users
- Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders and IT teams to develop effective solutions
- Experience providing technical advice and guidance
- Local authority/public sector experience is highly desirable
