• Support the implementation, introduction, and rollout of Microsoft 365
• Planning and support of migration from legacy systems, especially Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365
• Independent structuring, planning, and implementation of defined work packages
• Setup and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID as well as the introduction and configuration of Microsoft Intune
• Administration and further development of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
• Conception and expansion of SharePoint-based intranet and collaboration solutions
• Support in the introduction and rollout of Viva Engage, user communication, and change management within the scope of rollouts
• Participation in tests, cutover activities, go-lives, and security and infrastructure topics in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Creation of documentation as well as handover and stabilization of the implemented solutions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in implementation, rollout, or migration projects
• Knowledge in migrating legacy systems to Microsoft 365 environments
• Know-how in setting up and further developing SharePoint or intranet solutions
• Confident handling of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID and in handling Microsoft Intune
• Understanding of security requirements and authorization concepts within Microsoft 365
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
