Context of the mission

As part of the management and evolution of its information system, our client is looking for an IT Application Manager to ensure the operational, functional, and technical management of a portfolio of business applications.

You will be responsible for the quality of service of the applications under your responsibility, ensuring their availability, performance, and evolution, in close collaboration with business teams, technical teams, and external service providers.

• Functional Management
• Collect, analyze, and manage user evolution requests.
• Write functional and technical-functional specifications.
• Participate in prioritizing evolutions in collaboration with business teams.
• Ensure the solutions are well-suited to operational needs.
• Application Lifecycle Management
• Monitor production deployments, fixes, and application evolutions.
• Ensure the updating of functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the maintenance strategy and the management of application obsolescence.
• Ensure the sustainability and consistency of application solutions.
• Support and Service Quality
• Provide level 2 and 3 application support.
• Monitor performance, availability, and service quality indicators.
• Participate in incident and problem management.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to resolving malfunctions.
• Coordination and Communication
• Lead application committees with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate interventions with infrastructure, security, and project teams.
• Monitor relationships with publishers and service providers.
• Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders involved in application management.
• Good knowledge of application architectures: Web, SaaS, and On-Premise.
• Proficiency in project management and ticketing tools.
• Ability to understand the functional and technical challenges of an application.
• Aptitude for communicating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and service providers.
• Experience in lifecycle management and operational maintenance of applications.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage priorities.
• Daytime work.
• Possibility of on-call duty in the evenings and on weekends.
• Regular travel to the company's various sites and, occasionally, to clients' sites.
