Project overview

The project involves the design and development of a comprehensive BSS/OSS telecommunications systems architecture for the B2C market. The scope covers the entire customer and product lifecycle – from CRM and product catalog, through order management and billing, to provisioning – as well as the integration of modern platforms with the Legacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating comprehensive, scalable, and secure end-to-end solutions for telecommunications systems (BSS/OSS) for the B2C market, covering the full customer and product lifecycle (CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing/Charging, Provisioning).
• Defining integration and migration strategies for modern platforms with the Legacy environment, using API-first and event-driven patterns.
• Creating architectural views (C4/UML/BPMN), architectural decisions (ADR), and integration standards.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and supporting sales and DevOps teams.
• Supervising implementation, defining standards, and non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, SLA, and security.

Requirements

What we offer:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Technical Analyst, or Tech Lead, including participation in BSS/OSS projects or telco transformations.
• Knowledge of architecture and integration: SOA, Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns (Kafka/MQ), API Gateway, ESB.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills in contact with business clients and DevOps teams.
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B1/B2) spoken and written.
