Scope of Services

• Analysis and evaluation of existing infrastructure and security documentation
• Execution of status, target, and gap analyses, as well as conducting workshops and reviews
• Creation of risk, measure, and action recommendations, as well as final documentation and presentation of results
• Development of a target state for security and emergency-oriented infrastructure documentation
• Creation of an initial documentation basis considering the OBASHI model

• Several years of experience in IT architecture as well as in network, security, and infrastructure architectures
• Expertise in BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, and ideally CIS Benchmarks, as well as in OBASHI or comparable architecture models
• Know-how in CMDB, ITSM, and asset documentation, ideally i-doit, as well as in creating technical documentation for complex IT landscapes
• Practical knowledge in network architectures and Layer 2/Layer 3 environments, with WAN, VPN, internet, and third-party connections
• Routine approach with firewall and communication relationships and data center networks, ideally Cisco Nexus and ACI
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and mail infrastructures, as well as with Linux, virtualization, database, and storage environments
• Confident handling of logging, monitoring, DNS, DHCP, proxy, and flow data, as well as IT emergency management and NIS-2/BSIG
• Know-how in complex infrastructure and migration environments, preferably in the public sector or KRITIS-related environments
