Job description
As an IT Business Partner Manager, you will coordinate between the IT department, operational teams, and users for an entity based in Charleroi. You will act as a local IT contact, supporting business managers in identifying their needs, managing local IT support, and contributing to the evolution of IT infrastructure and services.
Project overview
As part of strengthening its IT organization, our partner is looking for an IT Business Partner (ITBP) Manager to ensure coordination between the IT Management, operational teams, and users of an entity based in Charleroi.
As a true local IT contact, you will support business managers in identifying their needs, manage local IT support, and contribute to the evolution of IT infrastructure and services.
You will manage a team of three technicians and ensure the quality of service provided, the availability of equipment, and the application of security policies. You will also participate in infrastructure, migration, and deployment projects, while ensuring coordination with technical teams and various departments.
