We are continuing our development and are currently looking for an IT Capacity & Infrastructure Manager (M/F) to work with one of our clients.

Context: Your role will be to ensure that infrastructures have the necessary resources to meet the needs of applications and users, while optimizing the use of existing capacities.

Analyze and anticipate capacity needs

Advise teams and drive decisions

Coordinate action plans

Ensure reporting

• Collect and analyze data related to IT resource usage
• Evaluate available capacities and identify risks of saturation or performance degradation
• Develop short, medium, and long-term capacity plans
• Define resource needs taking into account performance indicators and budgets
• Support technical teams and partners in their provisioning requests
• Recommend necessary capacity adjustments, both upwards and downwards
• Evaluate the impacts of planned evolutions and propose different scenarios
• Approve or reject provisioning requests when available capacities are insufficient or performance could be significantly degraded
• Lead working meetings and action plan reviews with various stakeholders
• Coordinate the implementation of capacity management measures
• Consider the equipment lifecycle, particularly renewals and decommissioning
• Track the progress of actions and ensure their completion within budget and KPI respect
• Produce monthly reports on capacity
• Present analyses, proposed options, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Provide reliable and up-to-date information to facilitate decision-making
