Planning and Traffic Coordinator for a Creative Studio

As part of a pilot setup, you will develop the planning and traffic for an internal creative studio.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the current operation around planning and traffic and mapping the collaboration with internal clients
• Developing a sustainable structure with clear processes, tools, and roles
• Introducing, testing, and adjusting this new structure within the studio
• Acting as the first point of contact during the test phase for management, clients, and employees
• Creating, monitoring, and optimizing the project schedule for ongoing assignments
• Translating briefings into concrete timelines, deliverables, and capacity estimates
• Determining priorities and making decisions during peak loads
• Mapping available capacity and distributing assignments among employees
• Coordinating extra internal or external support in case of capacity shortages
• Organizing planning meetings with teams, management, and clients
• Facilitating stand-ups, weekly planning, and status updates
• Managing planning tools and monitoring budget and costs
• Making proposals for improving the operational flow
• Supporting the transition from pilot setup to a definitive structure
• Experience in a creative agency, creative studio, or production environment
• Familiarity with planning tools and relevant planning technology
• Experience in facilitating stand-ups, weekly planning, or similar meetings
• Knowledge of cost calculation, timing, and workload management
• Experience with project management
• Clear, empathetic, and to-the-point communication
• Include an example of a previously developed process flow with the application
• Experience in a creative role, such as content creator, copywriter, or graphic designer, is a plus
• Management experience is a plus
• Skill in analyzing and improving processes
