Responsibilities

Analysis, elaboration, and implementation of processes and organizational structures, professional quality assurance of work results, creation of technical concepts, process models, and documentation, as well as implementation and support of tool mapping in ServiceNow.

• Demonstrable experience in the professional quality assurance of work results and in the methodological support and guidance of subject matter experts.
• Demonstrable involvement in at least two projects within the last five years for the creation, further development, or implementation of processes and organizational structures in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
• Professional experience in process management, process development, or process implementation in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrable experience in the professional implementation and realization of processes in ServiceNow, including the elaboration of professional requirements and support for tool mapping.
• Experience in the analysis and further development of cross-organizational operational, service, and support processes.
• Experience in process modeling and workflow design using BPMN, UML, Visio, or comparable standards.
• Experience in creating KPI, SLA, reporting, or governance concepts.
• Experience in regulated environments or critical infrastructures, particularly telecommunications, rail, energy, or comparable industries.
