Project overview
Seeking a Senior IT Consultant with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT license management. The focus is on the analysis and strategic further development of existing IT license management, as-is and fit/gap analyses, the modeling of optimized target processes, and the evaluation of the existing SAM tool implementation. Furthermore, the service includes the planning and execution of internal IT license audits as well as the derivation of a prioritized action catalog and an implementation plan.

Requirements
