• Conducting structured analyses of existing location, performance, usage, and organizational structures, and developing and documenting target, solution, and implementation scenarios.
• Collection, structuring, qualification, and documentation of business requirements, special features, and dependencies of business units in the context of network rollout.
• Planning, execution, and moderation of business analysis, coordination, and decision-making formats with stakeholders from business units and program organization.
• Analysis of business, organizational, and economic issues, and development, evaluation, and documentation of action options and business recommendations.
• Conducting business process, organizational, and impact analyses in the context of network migrations and site transformations.
• Creation, evaluation, and documentation of business decision bases, implementation options, status analyses, and management reports.
• Analysis and documentation of organizational, technical, and economic framework conditions, including site-specific special features, performance relationships, and billing matters.
• Conducting governance, risk, and impact analyses, and developing business recommendations for dealing with identified risks, goal conflicts, and implementation obstacles.
• Analysis and evaluation of role, responsibility, and accountability models in the context of the future network portfolio.
• Identification, evaluation, and documentation of deviations from defined target states, standards, and rollout specifications, and development of business solution options.
• Creation of business decision and evaluation bases for prioritization, planning, and implementation decisions within rollout waves and migration scenarios.
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensible documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, measures, and open points.
• Analysis and evaluation of communication, decision-making, and governance structures between business units and program organization.
• Conducting impact analyses regarding economic efficiency, quality, risks, implementation complexity, and organizational changes.
• Development of business recommendations for the further development of rollout, steering, and decision-making processes in the context of the future network portfolio.

Your Qualifications

• (Must) 7 years of experience in the creation, evaluation, and further development of business cases and economic efficiency analyses for complex IT, infrastructure, or transformation projects.
• (Must) 5 years of experience in business IT portfolio cost management for IT products and IT services.
• (Must) 7 years of experience in requirements engineering and project management of complex projects, proven by corresponding project experience or recognized certifications.
• (Must) Responsibility in complex, cross-site program projects in the context of rollout, migration, or transformation initiatives in 3 projects.
• (Must) 5 years of experience in management reporting and decision support for program, department, or business management.
• (Should) Experience in AI-supported analysis and reporting support for program, department, or business management from 2 projects.
• (Should) Experience in management communication and decision support for program, department, or business management from 3 projects.
• (Should) Experience in the conception and implementation of risk management approaches, including identification, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of economic and project-specific risks from 3 projects.
• (Should) 5 years of experience in economic modeling and optimization of IT or infrastructure services.
• (Should) Experience in corporate groups or comparably complex organizational structures, preferably in the transport, logistics, infrastructure, or IT services environment in 3 projects.
• (Should) Experience in evaluating and prioritizing investment or transformation projects based on business key figures, strategic goal contributions, risks, and economic efficiency criteria from 2 projects.
