For our client in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Contract Manager.

For a demanding IT environment, we are looking for an experienced personality in contract management who acts as a central point of contact for all contractual matters. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with governance and compliance requirements, and create transparency across a complex contract portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for all IT contracts and coordination of all relevant stakeholders and contract partners
• End-to-end management of the entire contract lifecycle from new agreements, renewals and amendments to contract terminations
• Taking the lead role with contract managers and ensuring a consistent approach in contract management
• Monitoring the contract portfolio, including deadline management, contract renewals, risks, and compliance requirements
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance, risk, compliance, and sourcing specifications in contract management
• Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the quality of all contract data and documentation in the relevant systems
• Close collaboration with Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Vendor Management, and business units
• Proactive identification and management of risks, as well as continuous improvement of quality and transparency in the contract inventory

• Several years of experience in contract management, ideally in the IT, Sourcing, or Vendor Management environment
• Completed higher education (BSc, FH or similar)
• Sound understanding of vendor management structures and collaboration with internal and external contract partners
• Experience in handling procurement processes, sourcing requests, and collaboration with procurement organizations
• Knowledge in the area of IT contract law (e.g., service contracts, license agreements, or framework agreements) is an advantage
• High degree of independence, initiative, and strong organizational skills
• Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• High service orientation as well as a resilient, dynamic, and solution-oriented personality
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
