IT Coordination - Specialist Applications (Taxation)

Project overview

Implementation and administration of the business size classification (BGKL) including follow-up work and support of associated procedures. Coordination and alignment of functional and technical requirements for PINGO (IT procedure of the German tax administration). Planning and support of the integration of various systems and specialist applications. Consulting on technical adjustments, system introductions, and further developments in the KONSENS environment. Consulting on the setup of test environments as well as on tests and introduction of new procedures.

Processing and coordination of tickets as well as support in the ongoing operation of the PINGO, BuKon, DAME, and BGKL procedures. Requirements management.

Requirements

Completed studies with an IT or natural science focus or IT training. Experience in requirements management for IT applications. Experience in IT Service Management according to ITIL in the context of tax specialist applications. Experience in the coordination and support of complex specialist applications and application landscapes. Sound knowledge in test management as well as in the planning, execution, and evaluation of system, integration, and acceptance tests. Experience in quality management and error management within IT or specialist applications.

Experience in the creation and/or review of specification documents. Practical experience with Oracle databases. Experience with structured and unstructured databases. Practical experience with Atlassian Confluence. Practical experience with USU Valuemation (ticketing system). Fluent German and good English skills.

Project start 01.02.2027. Duration until 31.12.2027 with an option to extend until 2030. Predominantly remote with on-site components in Karlsruhe (alternatively Stuttgart or Freiburg possible).
