Solution Architect Identity and Access Management

Project overview

For a one-year project in the field of Identity and Access Management, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on Business Engineering. The project is located in Frankfurt am Main and will be conducted hybrid.

Your tasks include the comprehensive collection, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements in the IAM environment. You will create specifications according to standard templates, produce UML diagrams, and develop system documentation as well as technical documents. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the revision and optimization of business processes.

We expect at least five years of professional experience in business process management and business analysis at a senior level. Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (at least three years) and practical experience with the One Identity Manager (at least three years) are required. You should master business process analysis and design and have experience in the conception and creation of technical documents.

In-depth One Identity Manager knowledge (over five years), particularly in conception, customizing, or architecture, is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, sound process-oriented and technical thinking, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills are important. English skills at B2 level and customer-oriented thinking complete the profile.

The project starts in January 2027 and runs for twelve months. Four days on-site are planned.
