IT Coordination Specialist Procedures (Taxation)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to support the administration and management of complex IT procedures in the tax domain. You will take on central tasks in the coordination and administration of operating size class classifications and in the support of various IT procedures.

Your main tasks include the coordination and alignment of functional and technical requirements, the planning and support of system connections, and consulting on technical adjustments and system introductions. You will set up test environments, conduct tests, and introduce new procedures. Furthermore, you will process tickets, support ongoing operations, and be responsible for requirements management.

For this position, you need a completed degree with an IT or science focus or an IT apprenticeship. Extensive experience in requirements management for IT applications and in IT Service Management according to ITIL is required. You should bring expertise in the coordination of complex IT procedures, in test management, and in quality and error management.

Practical knowledge of Oracle databases, Atlassian Confluence, and USU Valuemation is necessary. Experience in creating and reviewing specifications and in handling structured and unstructured data sets complete the profile. Fluent German and good English skills are required.

The workplace is in Baden-Württemberg with a hybrid working model. Start date is February 2027.
