- Delivery and commissioning of various types of devices including ticket and data maintenance in the customer system
- Transfer of data from old devices and collection of old devices including ticket and data maintenance in the customer system
- Installation and configuration of end devices, as well as personalization
- Order coordination and workflow monitoring in the customer system (customers / end users)
- Status maintenance and documentation in the leading ticket and asset systems
- Ensuring the agreed service levels and times with the support of internal order coordination
- Independent execution of all service activities according to specifications
- Experience in IT rollout
- Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Confident demeanor towards the client or customer
- Careful and appropriate communication with customers
- Structured way of working (ticket and RFS based)
- Teamwork skills
- Good German and ideally English language skills, spoken and written
- Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)
