Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an Engineer in Identity & Access Management (IAM) as well as experience with OpenText Identity Manager and midPoint
• Know-how with the concepts RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute Based Access Control)
• Practical knowledge of processes related to the entire Identity Lifecycle in companies, as well as Event Streaming Platforms like Kafka
• Routine approach with DevOps principles and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Confident handling of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
