IT Experts TIBCO / Huawei U2000 – Telecommunications & KRITIS (m/f/d) | Start 2027 | 6+ Months

For a long-term project with a leading company in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for 2-3 experienced IT specialists (m/f/d) for the administration, operation, and technical support of TIBCO or Huawei U2000 applications in the area of critical telecommunications infrastructure.

The project is currently in the preparation phase and is planned for 2027.

Project Framework Data

Requirements

Sound practical experience in the administration and operation of TIBCO or Huawei U2000 applications

Experience in the technical application operation of complex IT or telecommunications environments

Knowledge in fault analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring ongoing operations

Independent and structured way of working

Fluent German language skills

Residence preferably in Germany, at least within the EU

Willingness for project-related presence in NRW

Nice to have

Project experience with telecommunications companies or network operators

Experience in operating business-critical or KRITIS-relevant systems

Knowledge in the area of mobile networks and core network infrastructures

Experience in collaborating with international operations teams

Deployment Model / Remote Arrangement

TIBCO Experts:

Intensive on-site presence during the initial assessment and onboarding phase in NRW

Subsequently, predominantly remote deployment with occasional on-site appointments

Huawei U2000 Experts:

Predominantly remote deployment possible

On-site team meetings in NRW approximately every two weeks

Important Note on Contract Model

For this project, IT consultants employed and subject to social security contributions, who can be deployed via an IT service or consulting company, are explicitly preferred.

Direct cooperation on a purely freelance basis is only conceivable in justified exceptional cases by the end client.

Project Tasks

Administration, operation, and technical support of TIBCO or Huawei U2000 applications

Ensuring stable and reliable application operation in the telecommunications environment

Analysis and resolution of technical faults and support with operational issues

Monitoring and optimization of existing operational processes

Technical coordination with internal departments, operations teams, and other project stakeholders

Support with documentation and further development of the operating environment

Involvement in the environment of critical telecommunications infrastructure (KRITIS)
