We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Generalist with broad knowledge in Data Center, Cloud, and Network technologies. The role involves supporting and troubleshooting servers, storage, networks, and managing virtualized environments.

In short: We are not looking for a specialist in just one technology, but someone who understands infrastructure holistically, recognizes interrelationships, and also pitches in themselves.
- Support and troubleshooting for servers, storage, and network
- Administration of VMware and Proxmox environments
- Working with Linux and Windows systems
- Monitoring the infrastructure with Checkmk
- Support with security topics such as IAM, PKI, Zero Trust, and Disaster Recovery
- Work with Microsoft Azure as well as German cloud providers
- Technical coordination with various contact persons
- Broad know-how as a Data Center / Cloud / Network Generalist
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and a pragmatic working style
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Azure, or security certifications are a plus, but not a must
