With a Bac to Bac+2 degree in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a proximity support technician, ideally gained in a logistics or industrial environment.

• Act as the preferred contact and local representative of the IT services on the site.
• Diagnose, qualify, and resolve hardware and software incidents encountered in the field.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance actions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Facilitate the adoption and understanding of Information System tools by employees.
• Escalate alerts and collaborate closely with remote support teams.
• Good skills in workstation environments (Windows), peripherals, and business tools.
• Ability to work completely autonomously and manage operational priorities in the field.
• Excellent service orientation to effectively represent the IT department on site.
• Dynamism, responsiveness, rigor, and pedagogical skills when dealing with users
