As part of a renowned organization in the education and training sector based in Cergy, you will provide local IT support, manage the helpdesk, and offer technical assistance to internal teams and external collaborators.

Candidate profile

With a vocational training (Bac) to Bac+2 level in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience in a local support technician role.

• Handling and resolving incidents and requests (hotline, helpdesk, ticketing).
• Hardware and software maintenance of workstations (laptops, desktops, virtual machines).
• Technical support during events, classes, and remote meetings (videoconferencing, Webex, webinars).
• Deployment and monitoring of fixed and mobile telephony (smartphones) and management of equipment loans.
• IT stock tracking, workstation relocation management, and participation in classroom deployments.
• Proficiency in workstation environments (Windows), office tools, videoconferencing solutions, and telephony.
• Fluent use of ticketing/incident management tools and rigor in stock tracking.
• Operational intermediate English level (B2 level) for communication with multilingual users.
• Strong sense of service, listening skills, responsiveness, and adaptability.
