Responsibilities
As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Supported Release Management in delivering software to the production environment.
- Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment.
- Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.
- Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling.
Requirements
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Jenkins
- Github/Bitbucket
- Kafka experience
- SQL understanding
- Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
- Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)
- Secure communication (HTTPS)
- Logging (Splunk)
- Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
- Microservice architecture
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
- PostgreSQL experience
