Seeking two profiles, junior and experienced, to design and develop management tools for the FBLC and RT3 deployment program for a major critical infrastructure operator in the energy sector.
Project overview
CONTEXT
For a major critical infrastructure operator in the energy sector, we are looking for two profiles to design and develop the management tools for the FBLC (end of copper local loop) and RT3 deployment program.
2 positions to fill: one experienced profile (5-10 years) and one junior profile (0-5 years).
EXPECTED WORK
CONDITIONS
- Design and develop management tools: data entry and monitoring of telecom deployment progress, dashboards, reporting, data flow automation
- Integrate data from the client's asset management tools (COSMOS, INFOTEL...)
- Implement automation scripts and pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins, n8n...)
- Document and maintain these tools: documented code, unit tests, architectural choices, specifications, user manual, operational guides
- Work with the client's IT departments for industrialization (compliance with IT technical repository, compatible architecture)
- Lead business workshops: application support, collection of needs and user feedback
- Start date: 01/12/2026
- Location: Paris La Défense
- Technical assistance — freelance status mandatory, no umbrella companies
- Fast process: response expected within 24h
