Seeking 1-2 experienced consultants for requirements management, team organization, and process design in IT data integration for a customer expanding their system landscape. The role involves managing the implementation team from requirement assessment to release.

The customer is expanding its system landscape. Seeking 1-2 consultants experienced in change processes for requirements management / team organization and process design in the area of IT data integration.
Responsibilities
requirement assessment to test completion/release
- IT requirements management including ensuring process-compliant documentation
- Steering an implementation team of analysts and developers from
- Structuring and coordinating banking-specific requirements with interface partners
- Planning and controlling resource utilization
- Support in designing new line processes
Requirements
as well as fluent German in spoken and written form at C2 level, including secure
banking vocabulary

- Experience with change processes in teams
- Solution-oriented pragmatic work in a simultaneously regulated environment.
- High communication skills, team orientation, and very good structuring competence
- Experience in planning, executing, and documenting IT implementations
- Experience with Jira, X-Ray, and ServiceNow is an advantage
