Scope of Services

• Holistic responsibility for the operation, further development, and lifecycle of SAP Service and Customer Service Management solutions
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of changes, releases, and continuous optimization measures within the managed system landscape
• Analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of business requirements and their translation into technical concepts and specifications
• Management of the product backlog and demand management for the needs-based further development of IT service solutions
• Ensuring stable and efficient system operation and support of change, rollout, and transformation processes

• Several years of project experience as an IT Product Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or IT Service Manager
• Sound knowledge of SAP service processes and experience in Customer Service or Repair Management
• Know-how in requirements engineering, IT product management, and agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Understanding of IT architecture, integration, and operating processes, as well as knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and Change Management
• Practical experience in managing external service providers
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
