You will work within a structured IT environment, involving numerous technical stakeholders and project teams. You will intervene at various stages of projects, from solution preparation to production deployment, ensuring stakeholder coordination and risk management.

The activities are part of a change management approach inspired by ITIL best practices, with strong emphasis on reliability, security, and service continuity. You will interact regularly with project teams, technical teams, and production stakeholders.

• Support application and technical projects in preparing their production deployment
• Contribute to defining technical architecture and formalizing production norms and standards
• Lead technical workstreams necessary for solution deployment
• Organize and secure production changes in compliance with ITIL processes and best practices
• Verify solution operability and compliance with production requirements
• Develop, monitor, and coordinate action plans necessary for successful deployments
• Plan and schedule various interventions, ensuring coordination of involved stakeholders
• Lead production deployments (MEP) and ensure compliance with commitments, procedures, and quality requirements
• Anticipate risks related to changes and contribute to the business continuity of the information system
• You have experience in IT project management, technical coordination, or production change management
• You are familiar with production deployment processes and ITIL best practices
• You are capable of coordinating various technical stakeholders and leading cross-functional actions
• You master the challenges related to operability, deployment security, and compliance with production requirements
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of insurance sector processes would be appreciated
• Experience with projects requiring the implementation of mediation mechanisms would be a plus
