For the modernization and redevelopment of web-based specialized applications in the context of public administration, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d).
The focus is on new web applications and shared services for the digital capture, processing, and provision of specialized information and geodata.
Responsibilities
- Project management and controlling of software development projects
- Planning and control of modernization measures
- Coordination of development teams, architects, and service providers
- Budget, schedule, resource, and risk management
- Requirements management and technical project coordination
- Control of development, system integration, and testing
- Coordination with specialist departments, users, and IT service providers
- Reporting and quality assurance
Requirements
Desirable:
Framework Data:
- At least 36 months of project management experience
- Demonstrable experience managing web-based specialized application developments
- Experience with project controlling and software development projects
- Completed university degree with proof
- German language skills at least C2
- One of the following certificates:
- GPM Basic Level, PMP, CAPM, IPMA Level D, PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- Experience with GIS/geodata processing (e.g., disy Cadenza)
- Experience with public administration specialized applications
- Experience with the following stack in the project environment:
- Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot and Angular
- REST APIs and relational databases
- Kubernetes, microservices and CI/CD
- Requirements management and software QA
- Coordination with state authorities and public IT service providers
