IT Project Manager / Business Analyst – CRM Salesforce – Investment Bank

Project overview

As part of the launch of a Salesforce CRM transformation project for the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) activities within a large banking group, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst.

The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the CRM transformation work, as well as gathering, analyzing, and formalizing functional specifications to support the operational teams.

They will act as the interface between business and IT teams, with the objective of ensuring a good understanding of needs, coordinating the various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Main missions

• Lead and coordinate the various phases of the Salesforce CRM transformation project.
• Ensure the monitoring of work, schedules, deliverables, and various stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize the needs of the operational teams.
• Write functional specifications and participate in solution design.
• Act as the interface between business teams, IT, and the various project stakeholders.
• Participate in the design and evolution of the CRM.
• Define and coordinate testing, acceptance, and UAT strategies.
• Prepare and support production deployment phases.
• Identify risks, monitor corrective actions, and ensure project reporting.
• Contribute to the improvement of business processes and the success of the CRM transformation.
