We are looking for a Principal Project Manager for the project or sub-project management of a group-wide SAP IAM initiative. The focus is on steering the further development of identity and authorization management as well as the implementation of uniform governance standards and processes.

• Definition and establishment of group-wide SAP IAM and governance standards
• Transfer of standards into group-wide minimum requirements
• Functional and technical implementation or rollout of the standards in the SAP systems
• Introduction and configuration of supporting IAM tools, especially Xiting and DeBI
• Review, reduction, and consolidation of existing role and authorization structures
• Development or concretization of standardized processes for authorization and user management
• Establishment of knowledge transfer, training, and a Community of Practice
• Clarification of scope and consultation of the client regarding target definition and project design as well as conception of an efficient project organization
• Definition of project goals (time, scope, budget) in coordination with the client. The final decision rests with the client.
• Creation of continuous transparency regarding development progress through regular reporting after receiving status updates
• Tracking of the project plan regarding project phase progression and deadlines, derivation of change requests, consolidation of status updates from the client, implementation is carried out by the client
• Prioritization and focus on the results-oriented creation of project artifacts according to previously defined goals from the project order
• Presentation of results to the client's project managers with implementation proposals; the implementation itself is carried out by the client
• Identification and management of project dependencies and critical paths
• Review and re-evaluation of risk probabilities and adjustment of the action plan to ensure continuous progress and achievement of overarching project goals
• Adherence to project management methodology and best practices
• Many years of experience in managing complex IT projects with a total budget of 800,000 Euros or more and multiple sub-projects. The projects must have been managed in the role of Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager, experience level in years (> 7 years of experience)
• Several years of project experience in the environment of railway transport or mobility companies, experience level in years (> 5 years of experience)
• Methodological knowledge in managing complex IT projects, proven by a certificate. Certificates: Please provide proof of a relevant certificate in the context of IPMA or PMI.
• Proof of roles held (Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager) in the projects managed, number of references 2
• Experience with the tools JIRA/Confluence for project management in the roles of Project Manager and configurator of the JIRA environment, experience level in years (> 5 years of experience)
