Lead Consultant Requirements, Portfolio and Program Management

Project overview

Your tasks include supporting requirements management by capturing, formally reviewing, prioritizing, and assessing requirements regarding feasibility, economic viability, and risks. You will create decision papers for committees and develop recommendations for action. In portfolio management, you will further develop portfolio segment strategies and conduct economic efficiency studies. Program management includes controlling service delivery with a focus on service level reporting and KPI management.

You will be responsible for release and lifecycle management, moderate IT governance committees, and contribute to the strategic planning of IT services. Furthermore, you will further develop processes and can take on sub-project or project management functions.

We expect at least seven years of professional experience with several years in IT project management and IT service controlling. Sound knowledge of requirements and portfolio management processes, as well as experience in committee and stakeholder management, are required. Experience in complex IT architectures, enterprise architectures, and target architectures is particularly valuable. Relevant certifications are PMP or Prince2, SAFe or Scrum, as well as ITIL certification. Knowledge of Jira and SharePoint is required. German (C1) and English (B1) are prerequisites.

The position is designed as a full-time role (5 days/week) with flexible location and will be filled by a freelancer.
