Job description
Lead IT transformation projects, focusing on analysis, planning, and execution within the energy sector.
Project overview
+ Creation of a status analysis of the initial and target situation
+ Creation of a project approach model that integrates the business, architectural, economic, and procurement-related work streams
+ Creation of a project, milestone, and decision plan including effort estimation, resource requirements, and essential dependencies, as well as communication and reporting structures
+ Updating the project plan and escalating deviations
+ Creation of regular project status reports/presentations and decision proposals
Requirements
+ Several years of experience in managing complex IT or transformation projects
+ Experience in the energy supply sector
+ Knowledge of business processes and products of B2B commodity sales
+ Knowledge of applications and integration contexts, especially CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CRM, and O2C systems (Order-to-Cash)
+ Architectural understanding for classifying technical solution approaches
