IT Service Technician

Project overview

For a renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for an IT Service Technician as a freelance specialist for the earliest possible start date. The position is limited to 12 months and will be performed on-site in Hamburg.

Your tasks include the support and maintenance of IT systems, the analysis and resolution of technical problems, as well as the installation and configuration of operating systems such as Windows 10 & 11, Linux, macOS, and iOS. You will work closely with team members and other departments, document processes and solutions, and support users with technical challenges.

We expect a completed technical training or comparable prior experience in IT support. Professional experience in IT and user support, as well as in the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment, is required. Knowledge of current Windows operating systems is necessary. Furthermore, you should be able to communicate in a solution-oriented manner and possess a valid driver's license.
