IT Specialist / IT 2nd Level Supporter

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist and 2nd Level Supporter for a freelance position at our Hof (Saale) location. The position is limited to 8 months with 100% utilization and can be filled immediately.

Your tasks include the support and maintenance of IT systems, the analysis and resolution of technical problems, as well as the installation and configuration of various operating systems (Windows 10 & 11, Linux, macOS, and iOS). You will document processes and solutions and work closely with your team and other departments.

We expect a completed technical training or comparable prior experience in IT support. Professional experience in IT and user support as well as in the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment is required. Knowledge of current Windows operating systems is necessary. You should be able to communicate in a solution-oriented manner and possess a valid driver's license.
