We are looking for an IT Support Technician M/F for our client, a specialized consulting firm, as part of a long-term freelance mission.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Within the IT department, reporting to the Infrastructure Manager in a team of about ten technicians and administrators, your missions consist of:

Technical Environment: Windows 11 OS, Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, Azure AD).

Profile Sought

YOU:

With a minimum of a Bac+2 degree in IT, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar IT and helpdesk support role. Your career path is consistent, and your missions have had significant average duration. You enjoy collaborating and interacting with different stakeholders. You have a desire to share knowledge and can simplify technical concepts.

You are rigorous and very comfortable with procedures and documentation.

ITIL CERTIFICATION Mandatory for this mission.
