IT System Administrator Service Desk Level 1 & 2

Project overview

For our client, we are currently looking for an IT System Administrator Service Desk Level 1 & 2.

Responsibilities

• Support of internal communication solutions, workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
• User and authorization management in Active Directory
• IT support (remote, telephone, or on-site) for Microsoft Windows operating systems, software applications, and telephony and conference systems (Microsoft Teams) based on Service Level Management processes
• Setup of client workstations using standardized processes
• Management of hardware, software, assets, and access, as well as procurement of IT components
• Development of concepts and documentation for the further development of our IT infrastructure and the optimization of services

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows (Client, Server)
• Ideally, knowledge in the area of virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware)
• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft 365, the network environment, and programming experience
• Very good team and communication skills as well as high service and customer orientation
• High commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
