Senior Project Manager – Global Bordereau Rollout

The HGS IT Transformation (HIT) program is responsible for modernizing and harmonizing the application landscape, as well as introducing strategic target platforms and global solutions.

As part of the Bordereau Tooling sub-initiative, the selection of a new Bordereau Management solution has been completed. The preparation and implementation of the international rollout are now pending.

For this, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to operationally manage the global introduction and coordinate the collaboration between business, IT, international locations, and internal and external stakeholders.

A particular focus is on stakeholder, communication, and information management, as well as transparent project and management reporting.

• Planning, steering, and monitoring the international rollout, including IT Operations
• Development and maintenance of an integrated rollout plan for international locations
• Coordination of central business and IT units as well as local project teams
• Management of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and actions
• Establishment of structured stakeholder and communication management
• Preparation and execution of project and governance meetings
• Creation of status reports, management presentations, and decision proposals
• Early identification and escalation of risks, delays, and decision needs
• Coordination of rollout readiness, go-live preparation, and follow-up activities
• Ensuring knowledge transfer between the central project team and international locations
• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex international implementation and rollout projects
• Experience in global transformation programs with numerous business and IT stakeholders
• Sound knowledge in the insurance sector, preferably industrial and specialty insurance
• Experience in Delegated Authority business and Bordereau Management
• Knowledge of TPA Management (Third Party Administrators)
• Sound knowledge in project planning, risk and dependency management, and management reporting
• Experience working with international and intercultural teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of common project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to structure and present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational and coordination talent
• Confident demeanor towards management, business departments, and international teams
• Moderation and conflict resolution skills
• Hands-on mentality and high degree of personal responsibility
