Responsibilities
- Conception, design, and continuous further development of ITSM processes
- Standardization and optimization of existing service management processes
- Ensuring cross-process collaboration between internal departments and external providers
- Analysis of process quality and performance as well as implementation of improvement measures
- Control and sustainable resolution of process deviations

- Several years of experience in the design, setup, and optimization of ITSM processes
- Sound knowledge of ITIL v4
- Relevant professional experience in the ITSM environment (approx. 3-6 years)

- Completed degree or comparable qualification in the IT environment
