Seeking a freelance Job Coach to professionally guide participants back into the job market, focusing on interview preparation, CV optimization, and motivational support.
Project overview
We are looking for a dedicated Job Coach on a freelance basis who will professionally guide participants on their way back into the job market.
Responsibilities
Framework:
- Preparation of participants for job interviews
- Motivation and confidence building
- Creation and optimization of resumes and professional profiles
- Support with re-entry into the workforce
- Guidance and coaching in group and individual settings
- Freelance activity on a fee basis
- Flexible working hours
- Regular assignments through changing groups and locations in the region
- Compensation: €24–€30/hour
