We are looking for a dedicated Job Coach (m/f/d) in Baden-Baden on a freelance basis, who will professionally support participants on their way back to the job market.
Responsibilities
Framework:
- Preparation of participants for job interviews
- Motivation and self-confidence building for job interviews
- Creation of professional resumes and application profiles
- Support with re-entry into the workforce
- Guidance and coaching during the application process
- Freelance activity on a fee basis
- Flexible working hours
- Continuous assignments through regularly changing groups and locations in the region
- Compensation: €24–30/hour

- Experience in coaching, consulting, or personnel development desired
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
