High Potential or Junior Manager - at dm, you could soon be a store manager or deputy store manager. As a junior manager, you will learn everything needed to organize the daily work in the dm store. With commitment and curiosity, you will grow into your future role as a junior manager.

Your working hours are by arrangement with your dm store in various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) from Monday to Saturday. The position is limited to a period of 12 months.

• Core task: As a junior manager, you will acquire knowledge and skills for the smooth running of the dm store.
• Ensure success: You will support the optimization of your work processes, keeping business aspects in mind. Together with the store management, you will ensure the success of your dm store.
• Product availability and cleanliness: So that our customers feel comfortable at dm and can always find what they are looking for quickly, you will always have an overview of the complete product supply and presentation. That you also pitch in is a matter of course for us.
• Passport photo service: You will take passport photos for ID cards & co. according to biometric specifications.
• Organizational talent: You love to be creative and plan, organize, and implement marketing measures and strategies.
• Staff scheduling: You will proactively coordinate working hours with your team.

• eID activation for passport photo service: To digitally transmit passport photos for our passport photo service to the citizens' offices in our stores, you need the eID activated on your ID card.
• Initiative, solution orientation, and willingness to shape: You are eager to take initiative, work independently, develop solutions, and shape a livable future for everyone together with our work community.
• Certificates: Ideally, you already have a trainer certificate and a certificate of competence for over-the-counter medicines.
• Competencies: You are very familiar with Office 365, SAP, smartphones, and digital media. You are also confident with the German language and numbers.
