Assignment description

We are looking for a junior systems engineer with good analytical skills and a broad technical interest. The role is suitable for you who are a recent graduate or have a couple of years of work experience and want to develop further in systems engineering.

In the role, you will work with systems development, requirements management, and technical analysis related to complex technical products and electronic systems. You will analyze how different parts of a system interact, for example, hardware, software, and other subsystems, and understand how changes in one part can affect the whole.

An important part of the role is to be able to switch between technical details and an overall system perspective. The focus is on broad system understanding and analytical ability rather than specialist competence in a single technology area.

You will, among other things, work with analysis and follow-up of technical system requirements, identify connections and dependencies between different parts of the system, and participate in technical investigations, system design, and verification work. You will collaborate with development teams in areas such as electronics, software, and testing, and also contribute to technical documentation and requirements management.

Requirements

We are primarily looking for an analytical and broad systems profile rather than a senior technical specialist.

• You have a relevant technical education, preferably in systems engineering or a similar field.
• You have strong analytical skills and good system understanding.
• You have the ability to see the big picture and understand how different technical components interact.
• You have some technical knowledge in areas such as acoustics, EMC, or similar requirement areas.
• You have a broad technical interest and a desire to develop.
